Please note in order to secure an accommodation booking we will require credit/debit details.

All credit card details are securely held and will only be used in the event that you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice (see cancellation policy below).

Cancellation policy

Rooms cancelled when less than 48 hours* notice has been given will be charged at full price.

*After midday 2 days before the evening of the booking (i.e. after midday on Monday when you booking is for Wednesday night).
